Shyla is urging her supporters to assist her through these instances as her sister's extremely ill and she won't be better until they get help. Shyla Walker would like her sister Shanice to UCLA, Mayo Clinic, or Cedar Senai Neuro to depart for more treatment. She stated in her Instagram blog post that they're seeking the help of the local assemblyman and congressman's help.
