Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd was 14 when she started to take part in the sports of combat. Aspen Ladd was trained in BJJ, kickboxing, boxing and wrestling before making her debut as an amateur at WCFC when she was 18. Ladd continued to build on her victory at Ultimate Reno Combat, where she won three consecutive fights. She knocked out all her opponents in the first round. She went back to WCFC in order to defeat Leslie Rodriguez through a unanimous verdict. Aspen beat Silvia Babaeghian Maddy Simmons and Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 before taking on Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 Cynthia Calvillo handed Aspen a unanimous defeat and was able to outclass her, tarnishing Ladd's career as an amateur. Ladd defeated Roma Pawelek on Tuff n Uff, and increased her amateur record to 8-1. Aspen made her professional debut in 2015 when she signed with Invicta FC to make her professional debut. At InvictaFC 11, she had her debut professional bout. Aspen dominated Ana Carolina Vidal, securing the 1st-round TKO. Invicta 16 saw her go into the Bantamweight division after winning her fight with Amanda Cooper by armbar in the second round. Aspen made use of her wrestling prowess to beat McGill in the third round of a TKO. The next fight was against Jessica Hoy at Invicta FC 18, which was catchweight(138.1lb) since Ladd was unable to reach the weight limit. Aspen dominated Hoy and defeated her in the second round with a TKO. The Invicta Fight Night 21 was her last match in the organization. Invicta FC21, she defeated Sijara Banks with a majority decision. The debut of Aspen Ladd's UFC debut was on UFC Fight Night 118 when she faced Lina Lansberg. She dominated Lina with a combination of ground and pound. She won the TKO round at the end of the second. Ladd continued to dominate and racked up an amazing victory in her subsequent fight against Tonya Evinger, who was fighting at UFC 229. Ladd defeated Evinger by a punch in the first round she was awarded a Bonus Performance of the Night. The first big fight she fought in was in her next fight at UFC Fight Night dos Anjos against. Lee against Sijara Eubanks in an Invicta FC rematch. The two fighters had one of the most competitive fights that Ladd beat by a unanimous decision. Both fighters received the Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie stopped Ladd's winning streak with just 16 seconds. Yana Knitskaya, in the UFC 7 ESPN 7's 3rd round, lost to Randamie. In her recent fight for the UFC she was a part of Norma Dumont at UFC Fight Night 195 as a replacement fight. She was defeated by a unanimous decision.
